Since retiring from Takarazuka, Nao has kept busy with appearances in stage productions, and also runs a "Fitness Circle" called Love Beat. She is a certified aerobics and yoga instructor.

Her post-Takarazuka name is written 伊央里 直加 (Iori Naoka). She changed it in October 2005.
